Privacy:
At Angel Circle we ensure that your personal information is not disclosed to a third party. When placing the order, you fill out basic information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, this information is used only by Angel Circle to ensure that your order reaches you.
Pricing:
All prices on www.angelcircle.eu are quoted without VAT, custom duties and freight charges. Customers outside EU, please note that the custom duties and import VAT have to be paid by you according to your country's regulations.
Payment options:
For established customers you have two options:-
1. pay within 8 days and get 2% discount
2. pay latest 30 days after invoice date.
For new customers and customers residing outside EU excluding Norway and Switzerland we ask for payment before delivery.
You can Pay by cheque, make a Bank transfer to our Danish kroner account or a Bank transfer to our Euro account. You may also pay by credit card through Paypal.
If you choose to make a Credit card payment through Paypal (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or you choose to make a Bank Transfer all payments takes place via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encrypted connection, ensuring that neither Angel Circle or anyone else can see your personal data and credit card details, giving customers security against misuse of their information. Freight charges:
For orders valued below EURO 1000,00 freight charges will be invoiced. For European orders valued over EURO 1000 freight is free. For orders to be shipped outside of Europe please contact us for freight price.
Returns:
If you place an order for our stock items, you may as per the Danish regulations return any unused item within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly accept returns or exchange the unused item for a different size or colour. Please note the customer must pay for the returns freight and we do not accept return parcels sent by "Cash on Delivery" (COD).
In case of any damage or missing item, your order will be replace free of charge, or we can refund the value of the goods if you prefer so. Please always fill out and enclose the "Return Note" with all returns and indicate the reason for return and for what you want to exchange the item to.
If you have placed a forward order please be informed that the articles you have ordered will be produced especially for you. This means that when you place a forward order you are legally bound to receive and make payment for the order.
